ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Please note that we do not offer order cancellations or refunds due to change of mind at this point in time. All orders are deemed as final once payment had been made.
** Pre-orders | Please be certain about purchasing an item listed as “PREORDER” as all pre-orders are final and are non-refundable for change of mind. Two Little Suns is not liable for a refund for change of mind.
Within 24 hours of receiving your order, if you are not satisfied please contact us at hello@twolittlesuns.com to organise a return for credit or an exchange provided that we have received the returned merchandise in its original condition. All returns must be received by Two Little Suns within 10 calendar days that your order has been deemed as delivered to your shipping address. You must provide proof of purchase. Please note that this does not include credit for delivery charges.
Please note that if the conditions are not met, including timeframes stipulated above, Two Little Suns is under no obligation to exchange or offer credit. We understand that situations arise, and it is best to notify us immediately if you are unable to meet the conditions above due to unforeseen circumstances.
The return is at the expense of the customer, and if the merchandise is damaged or soiled in transit to Two Little Suns it will then not qualify for an exchange or credit under this returns policy. We do not provide credit for the cost of return shipping by the customer. Items must be sent back with a tracking number and packaged with its original packaging.
Please note that we can not hold stock for your while we wait for your return to arrive back to Two Little Suns for an exchange. Due to being a small business, we believe in not “overstocking” to reduce wastage therefore we carry low quantities and cannot guarantee the item will be available.
** For hygiene reasons, we cannot provide returns or exchanges on teethers, dummies, dummy chains or any headwear (beanies, hats, caps)
** Original Condition | the condition the mechanise left our premises in – unworn, undamaged, unwashed, odour free and unused.
We do not offer refunds unless the product is deemed as faulty. Please email us immediately at hello@twolittesuns.com with your order number, supporting documentation and a brief description of the issue and we will advise the best solution and next steps.
Please note that we do not offer returns on sale items or promotion. All sale and promotional items are final sale.
PROMOTIONS AND SALES
Please note that in regards to Promotions, Sales or discount offers, Two Little Suns reserves the right to end any Promotion, Sale or Discount offer at any time we deem necessary. We are unable to manually apply a discount or adjust any prices once orders have been finalised.
If you forget to use a code at checkout, we cannot amend the price and will not reimburse any costs after a sale has been finalised. All discount codes must be entered at the checkout.
Only ONE discount code can be used per order and not in conjunction with “sale or discounted” merchandise.
Once a sale or promotion has ended, we are unable to extend any further discounts that corresponds to that sale or promotion. We are unable to offer a reimbursement on further markdowns on sale items that were originally purchased at a discounted price
