 All orders are shipped from Catherine Field, NSW – Australia.
You will receive tracking information from either Australia Post or DHL for your order depending on which delivery options you have chosen.

We dispatch orders Monday - Friday and we aim to have your order sent out to you within 48 business hours from purchase (weekends not included) unless the product description stipulates otherwise (i.e. any preorder orders will have a timeframe listed in the product description) or incase of a sale, orders may take up to 72 business hours to be dispatched. 

HOW TO GET FREE SHIPPING
If you spend $150 or more you will get FREE standard shipping within Australia. 

STANDARD AND EXPRESS SHIPPING - DOMESTIC
We use Auspost for all our standard and express shipping across Australia.
There are two options for express shipping with Australia Post and DHL.

Please see below the options:

AUST POST
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $10 AUD – 5-9 business days from dispatch
Express shipping is a flat rate of $15 AUD – 2-5 business days from dispatch

DHL
Domestic express shipping is a flat rate of $20 – 1-2 days business days from dispatch

STANDARD AND EXPRESS SHIPPING - INTERNATIONAL

AUST POST INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING - 5-8 BUSINESS DAYS
New Zealand - $35 AUD flat rate fee
The rest of the world is a $50 AUD flat rate fee

AUST POST INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING - 7-12 BUSINESS DAYS
New Zealand - $20 AUD flat rate fee
The rest of the world is a $35 AUD flat rate fee

DHL INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING - 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS
New Zealand - $50 AUD flat rate fee
The rest of the world is a $75 AUD flat rate fee

** This does not include any duties or taxes that would need to be paid. You will be contacted with an estimated amount of duties and taxes that would have to be paid before your order can enter your country. Once we receive confirmation that you agree to the extra costs, your order will then be dispatched. Please be aware each country have different total order values before you need to pay any import, duties or taxes.

Any heavy or bulky items may incur an additional cost and we will contact you before processing your order to discuss any extra costs associated with your order.
