In some instances, we offer merchandise as a “preorder” option.
“Preorder” will be written at the end of the product name if it is a preorder item.
If the product says “preorder” that means the stock has not yet arrived to us and your order will not be dispatched until the “preorder” item has arrived to us.

** Please check the product description as it will state an approximate date that the item is due to arrive to us.

Before placing your order, it is important that you check the information above as all preorders are final and non-refundable if you change your mind once your order has been placed.
Two Little Suns is not liable for a refund for change of mind.

Please note that if you place an order that includes a “preorder” item with an in-stock item, your order will not be dispatched until all items have arrived to us. However, if you wish to have your in-stock items sent prior to the arrival of your “preorder” item, please process this in a separate transaction. If you process the items together in one transaction, and you require your in-stock items beforehand, please email us at with your order number and request and we will organise an additional shipping fee to be paid by you to have the order sent in two (2) shipments.

** Please note, you can not use Afterpay as a method of payment for any preorder items.

** No discounts can be applied to Pre Order items.

Unfortunately, there can be unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control and delays can happen. All “preorder” dates are estimates only that have been communicated to us by the supplier and can change at any time without notice.

If your order has been affected by a delay, we will contact you and update the product description on the website. This will just mean that your order won’t ship out as what was previously stated.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding around any “preorder” delays and know that we do allow a buffer for extra time when we list a preorder item.

Please note, when placing an order for a “preorder” item that all timeframes are approximate and are subject to change.
